INSPIRING SCHOOL LEADER CONFERENCE: PRESENTATIONS

On Thursday 6th October 2022, the sun shone gloriously across Sherwood Forest, thus enabling both a beautiful day for Headteachers and School Leaders from across the country.

The environment merely acted as a symbol for the energy and optimism of the hundreds of people who gathered in Centre Parcs for a day of CPD,created by School leaders for School leaders.

The feedback from the conference was amazing!

'Oh my goodness, at a tough time for me, I felt like this event was designed bespoke for me current needs. I’ve shed a tear, laughed and been empowered to focus on me, which will ultimately benefit from whole school community.'

'I thought the whole theme of the day was very apt: creating a culture in our school and putting people, including ourselves, at the forefront. It was a chance to really reflect and remind us that we are human first and leaders in education second. It was also about how to cope in the not so good times which we are facing in the post pandemic world and cost of living crisis. I also really enjoyed the cultural capital workshop.'
