Top Tip No 1:Be consistent and clear and embed the language of character across the school dayTop Tip No 2:Introduce lessons with clear reference to the strengths sought e.g. it’s a new topic so I expect curiosity
Top Tip No 3: Character Education has a positive impact on behaviour. The key areas for positive classroom behaviour are perseverance; self-discipline (regulation); hope and optimism; gratitude; teamwork and social intelligence.
Top Tip No 4:The use of role modelsTell stories about an amazing person and you are not only bringing to life someone key to their subject but also giving the opportunity to explore the strengths that person demonstrated.
