Our comprehensive Whole School Wellbeing support, which includes proactive mental and physical health support for the whole school community, is complimentary with SAS insurance. Our wellbeing support is available confidentially to staff and can be accessed irrespective of whether or not they are currently absent. SAS staff wellbeing services have been shown to make a difference with over 60% of staff actively remaining in work while accessing SAS wellbeing support.  

SAS introduced pupil wellbeing support in 2019 and have continued to enhance this range of support since. Designed with the intent to meet the new Ofsted criteria, and to help support schools in making the most positive impact possible on the wellbeing of pupils. Both the pupil and staff health support ensure we are doing everything we can to sustain the wellbeing culture within the schools we work alongside.
